The job duties include research into and creation of the Your Advantage Group, Inc.

brand utilizing social media to recruitment agents, advertising on the variety of social media platforms and developing unique strategies for use by the Company.

The applicant will be required to develop and assist with the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns with the help of the team.

The applicant must maintain knowledge of developing industry practices and standards for social media and marketing ads to help the Company remain up to date with campaigns and strategies.

Applicants must have a Master's in Business- Digital Marketing.

The salary offered for the position is $74,090/yr.

Daily travel to Norwell office required.
