A company is looking for a Staff Associate I in Springfield,

Key Responsibilities
Engage in spiritual development and lead teams in ministry
activities
Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while developing a
leadership team
Manage fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with donors
and community leaders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in direct ministry
Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
College degree preferred
Core Training Phase One completion within the first two years
Ability to maintain confidentiality
