The Role

This is a fee-for-service/part-time role located at our Roxbury site. The school-based Clinician, under the supervision of the Outpatient Supervisor and School-Based Coordinator, provides therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, to assigned students at designated school locations. The responsibilities include managing a caseload of up to 12 students, conducting intake and diagnostic evaluations, and providing crisis intervention. The Clinician collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team and participates in weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings. Maintaining clinical records in compliance with insurance regulations and clinic policies, as well as meeting clinical productivity standards, is essential. Top of Form

• A graduate-level degree in counseling psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Must have experience in working with diverse individuals of different cultures.
• Experience in wraparound Program Models and/or CBHI services is preferred. You'll Stand Out If:
  • You have experience working with a non-profit that supports youth development and/or behavioral health outpatient facilities.
