A top-tier law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join their dynamic defense team. This firm serves clients across New England, providing exceptional legal representation in labor and employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in employment litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Provide advice and counsel to employers on workplace law matters, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in labor & employment law, preferably on the defense side.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, and Title VII.
  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts;
