OverviewJoin our team as a Software Engineer Co-op for an exciting
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development.
You will collaborate with experienced engineers, working on
real-world projects in an Agile environment. This internship will
develop your skills in coding, debugging, testing, and other key
areas of software engineering.Responsibilities:
- Develop mission-critical microservices or front-end
applications, with a focus on scalability, security, and
performance
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, software, and
associated test code
- Collaborate with development teams to test integrated code
components and with QA testers to address discrepancies between
software specifications and application behavior
- Maintain existing functionality through technology updates and
functional enhancements
- Actively participate in all team activities, including agile
ceremonies and the review of other engineers' designs and
codeRequired Skills:
- BS in a related field, working towards the completion of a
Master's program.
- Prior work experience from at least two Software Engineering
internships or Co-ops in an agile/scrum environment.
- Self starter and can work with minimal assistance
- Strong knowledge of unit testing principles
- Experience working in a startup/fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with both
management and peersBeneficial Experience:
- Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Demonstrated knowledge of CSS3
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes technologies
- Experience in conducting end-to-end testing procedures
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as NestJS and

hybrid in our Boston, MA office (2-3 days per week). For those
located outside of commuting distance, remote opportunities may
