The Director of Operations will oversee all areas Operations
including:

Machining, Forging, Assembly & Test departments.
--- Responsible for the overall direction, management, and results
of departments
--- Minimizes product costs while meeting customer value
requirements
--- Directs LEAN efforts
--- Compliance
--- Further develops and implements performance metrics to ensure
on-time delivery
--- Bachelor's Degree; ME /IE; 9+ years of related experience
--- Prefer Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt & Continuous Improvement
expertise
--- Make presentations
--- Ability to respond and relate to customers, regulatory
agencies, and the business community
