A company is looking for an Associate Director of Revenue Cycle
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support RCM strategic planning and execution of policies
to ensure high-quality financial outcomes
Oversee compliance with payer contracts and maintain internal
controls for timely billing and audits
Monitor and optimize RCM key performance indicators to enhance
patient experience and financial performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6-8 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management or
process management
Strong supervisory and vendor management skills
Knowledge of medical billing, practice management, and healthcare
processes
Understanding of medical billing/coding and various insurance
carriers
