States.The Operations Transformation Director will implement the
Divisional strategy for all operational activities across IPL North
America. This role will collaborate across functions and is pivotal
in ensuring that our operational transformation objectives align
with business goals and deliver our strategic objectives. As a key
member of the North America Divisional Management team, the
Operations Transformation Director will work closely with the
Managing Director of North America and collaborate with divisional
management and operations management team to design and implement a
program that will shape our operational processes, drive efficiency
and lead transformative change across our manufacturing sites that
delivers to the bottom line.As an Operations Transformation
Director at IPL you will:Work cross functionally with the
Divisional team to design a coherent vision for our operations
including change management strategies, business case and
implementation roadmaps that will deliver a positive return on
investments made.Model scenarios that take into consideration
financial outcomes, operational needs and customer needs and
prepare, present and communicate those scenarios across both
Divisional and Group leadership to enable decision making.Work
cross functionally with the Divisional team to drive process
improvements, standardization, KPIs and one IPL CultureWork cross
functionally with the Divisional team to drive continuous
improvement, added value and cost reductions.Accountable for the
delivery of these cross-function initiatives, tracking continuous
improvement in service delivery and performance across the
organisation and ensuring that the ROI is tracked and embedded into
our cost base.Provide regular, consistent, and transparent
communication and interaction with the divisional leadership team
and as required ELT members about business activities, potential
threats, opportunities, and recommended actions.Manage, train and
motivate indirect reports to enhance a proactive culture.Ensure
strong communication between teams and cross functionally to
facilitate exchange of information and to implement change and
improvements.Support the Divisional team to deliver fit for purpose
operational structure, processes, and culture.Support the
divisional operational strategy, safe operations, operating
performance, capital deployment and growth initiatives.Support
operational activities, ensuring development and implementation of
efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and
future needs of the organization, increase efficiency and maximize
performance.What you will bring to the role:A senior leader with
extensive operational experience in running a business with proven
experience in leading transformation in a multi-site manufacturing
environmentAble to understand operational processes, customer
requirements and technical attributes of the product range.Ability
to navigate and influence within diverse cultural contextsStrong
experience in P&L management with a clear ability to forecast,
manage budgets and costs.Strong experience in successfully leading
and implementing change, structure, and process and take a
common-sense approach to encouraging continual cultural,
technological, and operational transformation.Exceptional
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the
organization.Experience of M&A led growth and integration with
knowledge of how business is conducted on a global scale.Able to
work effectively with senior leadership.Comfortable working both at
a strategic and a tactical level, with a demonstrated ability to
