Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead and manage specialty pharmacy services, with a focus on hematology and oncology. The role involves optimizing clinical and operational pharmacy services, ensuring compliance, and improving patient outcomes through the delivery of quality care. The manager will also oversee clinical programming, operations, and staff within oncology and other specialty areas such as GI, rheumatology, and infectious disease.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand pharmacy services in ambulatory oncology and specialty clinics. Collaborate with physicians and leadership to support strategic initiatives and optimize care. Lead clinical programs, manage staff, and oversee residency programs. Optimize billing and manage high-cost drug utilization. Ensure quality improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements: Minimum of BS in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred. Licensure to practice pharmacy, Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP). 2+ years of experience in Hematology/Oncology pharmacy care and leadership. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and computer skills.

Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000
